A representative from the neighboring Commonwealth arrives to discuss much with a representative from the Sydney about a trade deal between the two neighbors and the signing of a non-aggression pact stating that fellow Australians should aide each other in the building and mutual defense of each others nations and threats to the region. Being close neighbors would allow for both to develop a strong trading relationship by which could lead to both young nations becoming great.

"How can we be sure that this trade won't have any economic harms that come along with it?"

"We agree that a non-aggression pact would be beneficial to both of our nations at this time. Security is a big concern of ours and we would assume for you as well. Perhaps this can lead to an alliance between our two nations some day."

The Commonwealth of Australia is going to be debating a serious of laws soon that attempt to make things difficult for domestic and international terrorist to gain access to use the trade networks to move illegal harmful materials, mostly by having these trade entities regulatory inspected by monitors who would ensure the content brought in and out through trade is legally trade-able, and no treating to either nation.

"This seems reasonable enough for us. We will establish trade with you."
